What is the main focus of Natural State Prep Co.?

Natural State Prep Co. aims to deliver wholesome meals with focus on nutrient dense foods and high quality protein choices. With fuel being the main goal, flavor is a close second!!

Where and when do I pick up the meals?

You can pick them up anytime on Friday from 7AM-5:30 PM. Pick up location is at LoCo Fitness & Nutrition which is located at 2908 W Walnut Street, Paris, Arkansas 72855. When you pull into the parking lot, come on in the door on the right and give me a call at 479-518-2069.

What type of containers are used for the meal prep?

Natural State Prep Co. uses 100% plant based containers that are compostable and recyclable. NO PLASTICS!!

Are meals sold fresh or frozen?

All of our meals are sold frozen to preserve flavor and nutrients. We recommend eating within 3 months of purchasing.

Do I have to be a member of LoCo Fitness to purchase the meal prep?

Absolutely not! Natural State Prep Co. is an entirely different business. BUT, I highly recommend you to come check out the gym, you might just love it!

How does the ordering process work?

Your first time placing an order, you will need to make an account on our website. You will need to place your order by Sunday at midnight to get your meals the following Friday.
